yeah this is stupid. i've actually heard walking on the treadmill can make your hips larger because it is developing more muscle
the best thing that i have seen that helps shed pounds and tight the hips and thighs is to wrap a trash bag, the black ones or the ones you use in the kitchen around the area you want, or wear the body suit (target has them). run, or exercise with it. but if u want faster results with that, do lunges!!! start by doing 20 of them a day, then increase it each day by 10, you will be so soar, but thats good because its tightening up the muscles.
