This is poorly written and is pretty much common sense. Why did you sign your name to it at all?
Where do you get the triphala? All the ones I've seen come in the form of tablets and not liquid form.
aren't you supposed to say how to loose the weight not what products help you loose weight we need exercising techniques.
We need to know the exercise that helps to loose weight on hips and thighs. It does not mention anything about exercise techniques/methods.well you should do like 25 to 50 squats a day.let me tell you i went four months with no bread. suger or corn and there was a huge difference in my upper part of my body and not a all a change in the thighs, legs and a little bit in the hips.EXERCISE DAILY dont skip days do it dailybe commited to iti am fourteen so it shows people of any age can do this
