Where do you get the triphala? All the ones I've seen come in the form of tablets and not liquid form.

well you should do like 25 to 50 squats a day.
let me tell you i went four months with no bread. suger or corn and there was a huge difference in my upper part of my body and not a all a change in the thighs, legs and a little bit in the hips.
 
EXERCISE DAILY dont skip days do it daily
be commited to it
i am fourteen so it shows people of any age can do this
